GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for running down sales leads provided by the company. The ideal candidate for this role is an outgoing, energetic, sales-driven professional eager to showcase their ability to drive business.
Meet with customers to build relationships and sell jobs
Estimate project costs, under direction of ownership
Meet or exceed sales goals
Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
Maintain customer database
Consistent, effective involvement in trade shows, community and networking organizations participate in networking activities and events
Generate at a minimum of 1.5 million dollars in revenue in 12-month period.
Strong sales acumen. Presentable and trustworthy.
Strong sales performance track record
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Great organization and planning ability
Excellent networking and relationship building skills
Proficient computer skills
Must hold a valid driver’s license
Ability to manage a high sales success rate in a relaxed environment
Primarily work in the field, with office work
