TITLE: Construction Sales Professional

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  This position will be responsible for running down sales leads provided by the company.  The ideal candidate for this role is an outgoing, energetic, sales-driven professional eager to showcase their ability to drive business.  



  • Meet with customers to build relationships and sell jobs
  • Estimate project costs, under direction of ownership
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
  • Maintain customer database
  • Consistent, effective involvement in trade shows, community and networking organizations participate in networking activities and events
  • Generate at a minimum of 1.5 million dollars in revenue in 12-month period.


  • Strong sales acumen.  Presentable and trustworthy.
  • Strong sales performance track record
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Great organization and planning ability
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license



Ability to manage a high sales success rate in a relaxed environment
Primarily work in the field, with office work
Various outdoor and indoor climates and driving conditions
