Environmental Engineering Salesperson

Established Grand Haven HVAC consulting firm seeks a sales person so represent SouthEast Michigan.   Responsibilities are as follows:

 

Meeting and contact with prospective clients, establishing lines of communication.

  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers to add value to the company.
  • Lunch and learn
  • Travel to manufacturer sites to establish strong communication
  • Seek new business within the realm of large mechanical industrial clients      
  • Facilities Management​

 Monitor ongoing performance

  • check pressure within system
  • Scanning trends to see that it is within expected range  
  •  Poll and review Aircuity monitoring of the system (Daily)
  •  Identification of any problems
  • Initiate a notification to EH & S
  • Monitor hot and cold calls
  •  Any necessary presentation materials

 

  •  Scheduling and leading walk throughs, surveys
  •  Presentation of data/process to GM associates and affiliates
  • Management presentations
  •  Offsite informational presentations

 

Any candidate must be able to occasionally:

  • travel by air
  • climb ladders
  • enter confined spaces
  • lift 25 lbs
